Here’s How I Can Help…

Life Transitions

Stress & Anxiety

Performance anxiety, imposter syndrome, perfectionism, chronic stress and burnout…

You didn’t realize you were struggling until the exhaustion, sleeplessness, aches and pains, constant worries, doubts and restlessness start showing up! Create a doable plan and toolkit that helps you feel well and balanced.

Intersecting Identities

When who you are doesn’t fit neatly into a specific category, challenges the status quo, or falls outside of the dominant group, it can be hard to feel like you belong. You might feel misunderstood, unwanted, ashamed, doubtful, and angry! Take back your power by exploring and accepting yourself and building your communities of belonging.

Sex Therapy

Sex therapy is an opportunity for you to discover your sexual self, needs and desires, explore your sexuality and gender identity, and heal through the ways that past traumas impact how you relate to romantic and sexual partners.

Clinical Consultation

Are you a professional in the fields of social work, mental health, community services, social services, or advocacy? When your work involves advocating for others and helping them through the most challenging circumstances in their lives, it’s hard not feel drained, disillusioned and doubtful.

Clinical consultation offers the support, guidance and mentorship you (or your team) need to create balance, feel confident in your competence, and fine-tune your practice and approach to working with your clients, communities and teams.

Do you have experience working with 2SLGBTQIA+ and BIPOC folks?

I identify as a white-passing, Middle-Eastern, bisexual woman and a first-generation immigrant and settler (who came to Canada as a refugee during childhood). I also speak Farsi fluently. I’ve worked with diverse populations in Toronto’s non-profit sector since 2012, including BIPOC folks (particularly newcomers and refugees) and 2SLGBTQIA+ community members (particularly in my private practice since 2017 and as a former counsellor and manager at The 519 for ~3 years).
