What if I need to cancel or reschedule a session?
You can cancel or reschedule any upcoming sessions online, up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled session.
All you need to do is log into your client account and make the changes:
**If you are accessing consultation services through a particular organization, professional team or company, and you don’t have an individual client account, please email me with more than 48-hours notice to cancel or reschedule any one-on-one meetings that we have scheduled:
For any late cancellations (under 48 hours) or missed sessions, you (or your organization / company / professional team) will be billed for the full fee of the scheduled session.
If you have selected credit card payments or direct deposits from your bank account as your preferred method of payment, then the banking information registered on your client account will be used to process the payment and a digital receipt will be automatically emailed to you.
