Format

  • Free 15-Minute Phone Consultation to explore fit and goals

  • Ongoing Virtual / Video Sessions (60 mins, offered through OWL Practice Video Portal or Zoom)

    • Recommended frequency of sessions:  every 2-6 weeks, depending on your availability, budget, goals and needs

    • Minimum 8-10 session commitment encouraged


EQUITABLE PRICING OPTIONS

I offer a tiered pricing model for Leadership Coaching to support leaders working across diverse organizational, non-profit, and community-based contexts.

Rates are chosen collaboratively and are grounded in capacity and access, not performance or outcomes.

3-tier Model for leaders paying independently

This option is for leaders who choose to independently invest in leadership coaching.

  • Accessible rate = $140 + HST
    Intended for new or emerging leaders, particularly those working in grassroots or non-profit settings with limited access to professional development funds.

  • Standard rate = $180 + HST
    Intended for securely employed leaders with relative financial stability.

  • Resourced rate = $220 + HST
    Intended for financially secure leaders who are able to pay a higher rate in support of equitable access.

2-tier Model for organizations paying for leaders or teams

When leadership coaching is paid for by an organization—whether for an individual leader or as part of a broader consulting or coaching engagement—a two-tier organizational rate applies.

  • Standard Organizational Rate = $180 + HST
    For grassroots or non-profit organizations navigating funding or financial constraints.

  • Resourced Organizational Rate = $220 + HST
    For organizations with stable funding and greater financial capacity.

Organizational rates apply when coaching is funded through professional development budgets, third-party payment arrangements or organizational contracts.
