1:1 Clinical Consultation

for women, queer, neurodivergent, immigrant & BIPOC professionals in

social work, mental health, community & social services, advocacy and non-profit sectors

in Ontario, Nova Scotia, Alberta

Empowering Practitioners through Reflective, Identity-Affirming Consultation

If you’re a woman, queer, neurodivergent, BIPOC &/or immigrant professional, you know your work is deeply layered. You are often supporting others through trauma, systemic oppression and injustice, while navigating those same realities yourself.

My individual clinical consultation services are designed to support you in grounding, growing and sustaining your work with greater confidence, clarity and care.

What You Can Expect

Reflective Practice
Explore how your lived experience and professional identity intersect and shape your work. Create space to reflect on your values, ethics and vision.

Burnout Prevention & Boundary Work
Work through chronic stress, vicarious trauma, compassion fatigue, and ethical or spiritual pain. We take burnout support a step further by exploring your overall professional development, accommodation needs, team dynamics and workplace systems.

Confidence in Your Professional Competence
Rebuild trust in your voice. Work through imposter syndrome and reconnect with your strengths, intuition and capacity.

Professional Growth
Together we explore:

  • Ethical dilemmas and complex client needs

  • Workplace conflicts and team dynamics

  • Supportive workplace accommodations

  • Your professional development goals

All in service of cultivating groundedness, belonging, fulfillment and joy in your work.

What Makes Clinical Consultation Different?

This is not clinical supervision, which evaluates your professional performance against licensing &/or workplace metrics.
You already hold professional credentials and licensure – and full responsibility for your clients.

Clinical consultation is a non-evaluative, collaborative space where you can reflect on your work, navigate challenges, and strengthen your professional practice, with someone who understands your context and the complexities of your work and your identities.
