  • To access my secure online booking system (through Owl Practice), click the Book ONLINE button in the header or footer of this website.

    Follow the Client Instructions to:

    • Create your secure online client account

    • Book, cancel, or reschedule sessions

    • Set up automatic reminders

    • Register your credit card for online billing

    • View receipts

    • Access links to each of your video sessions

    1. Create your secure online OWL PRACTICE Client account through the Book ONLINE button or the direct booking link above.

      • Your session links will appear in your account.

    2. Supported devices: desktop, laptop, tablet or smartphone.

    3. Internet: Wi-Fi or cellular data required.

    4. Keep your operating system and browser updated for best performance. Supported browsers:

      • Google Chrome v55+

      • Google Chromium v55+

      • Mozilla Firefox v60+

      • Microsoft Edge v11+

      • Safari v11+ (recommended for Apple devices — Chrome on Apple devices does not allow webcam access)

    Tip: List a current phone number on your Intake Form so I can contact you if there are technical issues. My calls will appear as private / unknown to protect your privacy.

  • If there’s a tech issue during your session:

    1. We’ll switch to phone: I’ll call you to discuss continuing the session by phone or moving to a backup video platform.

    2. Backup video option for Individual sessions: We can switch to my Doxy.me portal.

    3. For Group sessions: We’ll always use my Butter video portal.

 

Best Practices for a Smooth Session:

  • Close unused browser tabs / apps before your session.

  • Use headphones to improve audio quality and privacy.

  • Ensure good lighting and a quiet environment.

  • Test your internet speed (minimum recommended: 5 Mbps upload & download).

  • List a current phone number on your Intake Form (or email it to me), so I can contact you if there are technical issues.

    • My calls will appear as private / unknown to protect your privacy.
