This free Burnout Quiz is a gentle self-reflection tool created to help you explore whether you may be experiencing:

  • General burnout —> impacting your overall wellbeing and daily functioning

  • Neurodivergent burnout —> related to cognitive load, masking, sensory overwhelm, and capacity demands

  • Identity-based burnout —> shaped by systemic stressors, marginalization, and the emotional labour of navigating unsafe or inequitable environments

You may experience one form of burnout, or a combination.

This quiz is not a diagnosis.

It’s a supportive reflection tool to help you name what’s happening and consider next steps with more clarity and self-compassion.
