Group Clinical Consultation

for inclusive teams and organizations in social work, mental health, community & social services, advocacy and non-profit sectors

who include &/or serve women, queer, neurodivergent, immigrant &/or BIPOC populations

in Ontario, Nova Scotia or Alberta

Collective Growth for Teams Serving Marginalized Communities

If your team is made up of women, queer, neurodivergent, BIPOC, &/or immigrant professionals – or serving these communities, then group-based / team-based clinical consultation will offer your team a space to process, connect and strengthen your collective practice.

This is especially powerful for organizations in the mental health, social services, community care, and advocacy sectors.

Sustainable Professional Practice

We explore chronic stress and burnout from the roots, including:

  • Vicarious trauma and ethical pain

  • Organizational dynamics and barriers

  • Equity-informed leadership

  • Conflict navigation

  • Inclusive accommodations

  • Professional development

All in service of building a team culture grounded in belonging, integrity and sustainability.

How Group Consultation Differs from Supervision

Unlike clinical supervision, consultation is:

  • Collegial and collaborative

  • Tailored for already-licensed professionals and teams

You bring your context, wisdom and challenges. I bring grounding, perspective, resources and tools. Together, we strengthen your team’s clarity, connection, confidence and professional competence.
