Lead from a Place of Power, Integrity and Wholeness

You’re a leader navigating complex systems. You care deeply about your team, your mission and your community. But you’re also carrying a lot: burnout, conflict, self-doubt, systemic barriers, and emotional overwhelm.

This leadership coaching space is for you if you’re looking for a trauma-informed, identity-affirming, deeply relational and pragmatic space to reflect, reset and lead with greater clarity, confidence, care and accountability.

What 1:1 Leadership Coaching Offers

Power with Purpose
Explore how you use and experience power, based on Julie Diamond’s Diamond Power Index™. Learn to align your inner authority with your external role and show up with clarity and purpose.

Courageous Leadership
Integrate tools from Brené Brown’s Dare to Lead™ to build shame resilience, navigate tough conversations, and cultivate trust, vulnerability and integrity in your leadership style.

Authentic, Anti-Oppressive Practice
Draw from Anima Leadership’s framework to lead with equity, humility and grounded presence, especially across differences in your organization and on your teams. We explore identity, power, privilege and belonging, in real time.

Strengths-Based Clarity
Use VIA Character Strengths at Work to identify and expand the unique traits that already make you a strong and values-driven leader.
